Job Description

Job Title: HR & IT Recruiter

Exp-1+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing HR processes within the organization.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Working on

    contract staffing requirements

    as per business needs.
  • Ensuring recruitment compliance with company policies.
  • Negotiating salary and other terms with selected candidates.
  • Interacting with clients and managing staffing requirements

    effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ years of HR & IT Recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills for technical profiles via job portals, networking, and social media.
  • Good understanding of technical terms with strong research and sourcing ability.
  • Expertise in keyword and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in

    contract staffing and client handling

    will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, committed, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.

Qualification:

  • B.E / B.Tech / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
