Job Description

Job Title: HR & IT Recruiter

Exp-1+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Managing HR processes within the organization.
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles.
Working on
contract staffing requirements
as per business needs.
Ensuring recruitment compliance with company policies.
Negotiating salary and other terms with selected candidates.
Interacting with clients and managing staffing requirements
effectively.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1+ years of HR & IT Recruitment experience preferred.
Strong sourcing skills for technical profiles via job portals, networking, and social media.
Good understanding of technical terms with strong research and sourcing ability.
Expertise in keyword and Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in
contract staffing and client handling
will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, committed, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
