Position Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive (Contract-to-Hire) to manage end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for hiring, and a keen eye for identifying great talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (C2H & Full-time positions).

Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from job posting to offer rollout.

Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Build and update a robust tech talent pipeline.

Work on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

✔ Hands-on experience hiring for C2H roles

✔ Excellent communication & coordination skills

✔ Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
