Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across IT roles.

Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).

Handle client communications, ensure timely delivery of profiles, and maintain strong business relationships.

Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding coordination.

Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

4–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of diverse IT skill sets.

Excellent client-handling and stakeholder management skills.

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and market trends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
