About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to support our freelance training assignment requirements. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding qualified IT trainers across various technologies for corporate and individual training engagements. Key Responsibilities:Source and identify freelance IT trainers for different technologies (SAP, Cloud, Data, ERP, Programming, etc.) through job portals, social networks, referrals, and internal databases. Understand client training requirements and match them with suitable trainers. Evaluate trainers’ profiles, expertise, and availability. Coordinate interviews, demo sessions, and trainer evaluations. Manage communication between trainers and internal stakeholders. Negotiate trainer commercials and finalize onboarding. Maintain and update the trainer pool database for future requirements. Ensure timely closure of trainer requirements within given deadlines.
