Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic recruitment team at Advent Global Solutions. This role is perfect for someone who has gained foundational recruiting experience and is ready to specialize in the fast-paced world of IT talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals across various technical domains including software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and infrastructure
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Conduct initial phone screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications

Client Relationship Management

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand specific technical requirements and cultural fit
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights
• Manage expectations and timeline communications with both clients and candidates
• Participate in client meetings and requirement gathering sessions

Candidate Experience & Engagement

• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
• Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the process
• Maintain strong relationships with placed candidates for future opportunities

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics for management review
• Track key performance indicators including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and deadlines

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR, etc.)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media sourcing
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
