Key Requirements:

2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with TCS client.
Strong client-facing skills with proven track record.
Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing and delivery.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Source and recruit qualified IT candidates through various channels.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular performance reports.
Stay updated on IT industry trends and talent market conditions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Strong networking abilities and social media recruitment expertise.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
