Position: IT

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and execute IT projects across the entire lifecycle.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources for successful delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders.
Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report project progress to senior management.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
Oversee implementation and migration of VMware solutions (vSphere, vSAN, NSX).
Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.
Manage and mentor project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
57 years of experience in IT project management.
Proven expertise in VMware virtualization technologies.
Experience in the NBFC sector is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
