IT Project Manager (ERP systems)

As an experienced IT Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in ERP management or IT project management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the existing Efleet ERP system and driving the development of new IT projects for the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day ERP functioning, troubleshooting, and user support. - Coordinating with the Efleet vendor team for issue resolution, system upgrades, and new module development. - Monitoring ERP performance, downtime, and user adoption to ensure business continuity. - Ensuring effective operation of all business processes in ERP including Billing, POD, MIS, Fleet Management, and Finance. - Leading the planning, execution, and rollout of new IT projects such as dashboards, automation tools, apps, and integration with external platforms. - Evaluating and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Working closely with internal MIS, Finance, and Operations teams to design IT solutions aligned with business needs. - Managing the internal IT/MIS team, delegating tasks, and ensuring accountability. - Liaising with ERP vendor, software providers, and external consultants. - Conducting training sessions for employees to enhance ERP usage and IT adoption. - Establishing SOPs and documentation for ERP and IT systems. - Creating regular IT dashboards and MIS reports for management review. - Ensuring compliance with data security and IT policies. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong understanding of ERP workflows including Finance, Logistics, MIS, Billing, POD, and Fleet Management. - Experience in vendor management and IT implementations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
