IT Project Manager

You will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Additionally, you will oversee private server management to ensure security, performance, and scalability. Your role will involve working on new IT initiatives, as well as enhancing and maintaining existing systems. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to align IT solutions with business objectives will be a key part of your responsibilities. It is important for you to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. You will also be expected to optimize IT processes, evaluate emerging technologies, and maintain system documentation. Facilitating Agile practices, mentoring teams in Scrum methodologies, and driving continuous improvement are essential aspects of this role. Prior experience as a Scrum Master is preferred.
