Job Title: Project Manager – IT (Client Service)

Location: Anna Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT and web-based projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, digital marketing, etc.) for timely delivery.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct client meetings, gather feedback, and provide regular project updates.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication logs.
• Ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of IT, website, and software development processes.
• Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Basic technical understanding to coordinate effectively with developers and designers.
• Problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination or Client Service in the IT industry.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting formats.
