What You Will Do Procuring standard and non-standard requests for Hardware/Software/SaaS (could include RFQ, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation) Transact and maintain purchase orders in multiple ERP systems Drive efforts to identify and implement improvement initiatives within the procurement function, leveraging automation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration, trust, and mutual value creation Collaborate closely with business partners to understand their requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly Analyze purchasing patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop strategies for optimizing procurement operations and development of preferred partnerships Manage catalog management activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for procurement Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelors degree with 5+ years of professional experience within IT Procurement, Procurement Order Management or Supply Chain. Fluency in English is a must Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business partners and stakeholders at all levels. Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving ability Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and apply appropriate prioritization
