Manage end-to-end procurement requirements Maintaining and tracking the overall budget Creation of Purchase orders Connecting with Vendors for deliveries and pricing Negotiations with vendors as per requirements Managing the asset inventory Follow up with finance team on outstanding payments Tracking software, hardware and FMS renewals Ability to understand requirements from clients Good communication skills to connect with end users / clients Ensure reports / decks / deliverables are delivered as per timelines
Leadership skills ITIL certified Must have experience of 3 years IT Procurement Management
1 Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for hardware, software, licenses, and IT services.
2 Ensure alignment with budget, compliance, and technical requirements.
3 Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies and external regulations
4 Analyze spending data to identify cost-saving opportunities
5 Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT vendors and service providers
