Job Description

Job Summary

either IT or Non-IT hiring

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Delivery

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Work on IT roles (Developers, Testers, Cloud, Support, etc.) or Non-IT roles (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Support, etc.) depending on requirement.
Understand job descriptions and required skill sets thoroughly.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability and expectations.

Sourcing

Source profiles using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.

Coordination

Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand role priorities and updates.
Provide daily/weekly status reports and maintain recruitment trackers.

Negotiation & Closure

Handle salary negotiations, notice period discussions, and offer rollouts.
Ensure candidate engagement until onboarding and smooth joining.

Additional Contribution

Support team hiring needs, mentoring junior recruiters if required.
Stay updated with market hiring trends and salary benchmarks.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in either
IT recruitment or

Non-IT recruitment
Strong sourcing skills on job portals and social platforms.
Good negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS tools, and email communication.
Result-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.

Qualification

Any Graduate/Postgraduate
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
