Were seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Business Analyst to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic business development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of technical solutions and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non technical audiences. You will collaborate closely with practice and delivery teams to expand our market presence and maximize client satisfaction.

Job Description-
Lead Generation:
• Proactively generate new leads through various channels,
including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
to build a robust sales pipeline.
Cold Calling & Outreach:
• Conduct targeted cold-calling campaigns to identify and
engage potential clients.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our
technical solutions.
Opportunity Identification:
• Identify and qualify potential growth opportunities within
target markets and industries.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify
emerging opportunities.
Improve DPES Engineering Offerings
• Review industry growth sectors to identify emerging trends.
• Conduct SWOT and competitive analysis to benchmark DPES
offerings against competitors.
• Identify areas for improvement in DPES engineering offerings
in growth sectors identified.
Develop Practice Collaterals
• Work with engineering teams and deliver collaterals that
highlight the value of DPES services to attract potential
customers.
• Develop engaging videos showcasing DPES solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to publish and promote
DPES content.
• Work with marketing teams to develop content for marketing
DPES offerings.
Collaborate with Engineering Stakeholders
• Work closely with technical and presales teams to develop
strong technical proposals.
Present DPES Offerings
• Deliver presentations to potential clients and prospects.
• Clearly communicate DPES value propositions and
capabilities.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration /MBA
• 4-8 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst in a software
company
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and
stakeholders.
• Able to understand technical solutions and the ability to
communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
