1.Responsible for coordinating and leading computer-related activities in an organization.
2.Responsible for all IT initiator\Coordinator activity in related of software.
3.Monitoring daily operations, including hardware, software and operating systems.
4.Manage the information technology needs and systems of their employers, including implementing database and network designs, installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues throughout their organizations.
5.Manage internal/external application\hardware upgrades.
6.Installation and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
7.Maintain computer systems and networks and preventive maintenance.
8.Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replace parts as required.
9.Coordinate with the vendor for all the application\Hardware support.
10.Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
11.Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
12.Responsible for SOP preparation, coordination and documentation work for all type of documents.
13. Responsible for data backup to all related equipment and applications.
