Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition

  1. Identify and reach out to potential clients, focusing on both IT and Non-IT staffing requirements.
  2. Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and direct outreach.
  3. Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target organizations to introduce Molina Technologies staffing solutions.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

  1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, industry needs, and competitor activities.
  2. Build and maintain a database of prospects, including relevant decision-makers and key contacts.
  3. Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  2. Understand clients' business needs, positioning Molina Technologies as a strategic partner to fulfill those needs.
  3. Provide customized solutions to clients and manage the sales cycle through to closure.

Campaign Management:

  1. Plan and execute targeted campaigns to attract potential clients in the USA.
  2. Develop marketing strategies, proposals, and presentations to showcase Molina Technologies' strengths and services.

Sales Targets:

  1. Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into signed business.
  2. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

    • Minimum of 9 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the staffing industry (both IT and Non-IT).
    • Proven track record in generating leads, building a sales pipeline, and acquiring new business.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with both IT and Non-IT staffing solutions.
    • In-depth understanding of the staffing business development cycle, especially in the USA market.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to engage effectively with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for business development (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals quickly.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
