This role requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of developing new client relationships, especially in the USA market. You will play a key role in building and expanding our client base, ensuring that we meet our ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition Identify and reach out to potential clients, focusing on both IT and Non-IT staffing requirements. Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and direct outreach. Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target organizations to introduce Molina Technologies staffing solutions. Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, industry needs, and competitor activities. Build and maintain a database of prospects, including relevant decision-makers and key contacts. Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand clients' business needs, positioning Molina Technologies as a strategic partner to fulfill those needs. Provide customized solutions to clients and manage the sales cycle through to closure. Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted campaigns to attract potential clients in the USA. Develop marketing strategies, proposals, and presentations to showcase Molina Technologies' strengths and services. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into signed business. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the staffing industry (both IT and Non-IT). Proven track record in generating leads, building a sales pipeline, and acquiring new business. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with both IT and Non-IT staffing solutions. In-depth understanding of the staffing business development cycle, especially in the USA market. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with senior-level executives and decision-makers. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for business development (LinkedIn, etc.). Personal Attributes: Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals quickly. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
