We are hiring for the role of Sr US Bench Sales & RecruitmentRoles and ResponsibilitiesHandling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. right from understanding the profile to sourcing and screening, telephonic interview, co-ordination of interviews, post offer process and final joining.Should be able to prepare & analyze/update W2's resume as per JDSubmit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors on Phone regarding the rates and client interviews.Market the consultants to a wide range of contacts, via social media, profile postings on portals etc.Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on C2C basis.An ideal candidate would possess passion, high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) and Technical Aptitude.Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards, social networking sites and apply for consultants.Source new W2's.Sourcing the required profiles through job portals, references, headhunting and mapping techniques.Screening applicants to assess technical competence, credentials and attitude.Taking telephonic interviews and shortlisting interested candidates based on suitability of the profile as per clients requirement based on experience in the industry, skills, assignments handled, communication etc.Desired Candidate ProfileMust be willing to work in Night Shifts.Should be able to source W2'sGood communication skill both oral & verbalShould be target orientedFully remote roleShould have a personal dedicated laptop for workingShould be comfortable to keep the laptop screen shared continuously during the working hours
