IT Network Administrator

As an experienced IT / Network Administrator at ITM Hospital & Research Centre in Gwalior, your role will involve overseeing and managing the hospital's IT infrastructure, ensuring secure networking, and providing support for healthcare technology systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain hospital IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, switches, and routers. - Configure and troubleshoot firewalls to ensure network security and compliance. - Oversee installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems. - Provide IT support for hospital applications such as Hospital Management System (HMS), EMR/EHR, LIS, and PACS. - Monitor system performance, conduct backups, and implement disaster recovery protocols. - Collaborate with biomedical, operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth IT-medical integration. - Manage user accounts, access rights, and cybersecurity measures to protect patient data. - Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC. Required Skills & Expertise: - Hands-on knowledge of Switching, Routing, Firewall configurations (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, etc.). - Expertise in CCTV installation, configuration, and monitoring. - Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and storage solutions. - Strong understanding of network security protocols and hospital IT compliance. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or equivalent. - Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CEH, Fortinet/Sophos Firewall Certification.
