Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a solution-oriented mindset, and excellent client-facing communication skills. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our IT environment while maintaining smooth operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management-Maintain IT systems, networks, servers, and assets for smooth operations.

2. Client Relationship Management-Maintaining cordial relationships with client representatives at all times.

3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting-Provide Level 1 & 2 support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

4. Procurement-Technical purchase via competitive tendering

5. Cybersecurity & Data Protection-Implement security measures, manage firewalls, and ensure data protection compliance.

6. IT Policies & Compliance- Enforce IT policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct audits.
