Role Overview: As the IT Team Lead, your main responsibility will be to lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support. You will manage IT budgets and resource allocation, and develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, you will assess and recommend emerging technologies to enhance operations, implement security protocols to protect sensitive data, and conduct regular security assessments and audits. It will be your duty to plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. You will also coordinate with other departments to understand technology needs, provide technical support to staff, and resolve IT issues. Moreover, you will develop and conduct training programs on new technologies and systems.
