Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage servers, storage, end-user devices, AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V & ITIL-based operations.
Handle Cisco routers, FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, endpoint security, IPBX, access control & attendance systems.
Ensure ISO 27001 / ISMS compliance, audits, backups, DR drills & incident response.
Lead IT support teams, manage vendors, AMC renewals & software licensing.
Maintain documentation, IT policies, SOPs & report IT performance to management.

Qualifications

810 years in IT infrastructure management; minimum 2 years in a lead/manager role.
Strong expertise in FortiGate, Cisco, server administration & enterprise IT systems.
Proficient in AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, ITIL processes & ISMS/security practices.
Education: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./Diploma in IT or relevant field.

Fortinet NSE Level 4+
ITIL Foundation (V4)
