As an Analytics Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our team towards enhancing IT support operations and user experience through data-driven insights and solutions. Your creative and self-motivated approach, along with a strong background in Analytics, will enable you to deliver dependable solutions that boost user experience and drive ongoing improvements. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance IT support processes, managing a team of data analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient data collection and analysis, overseeing data collection and interpretation, creating new data procurement programs, implementing data analysis methodologies, conducting complex data analysis, and presenting information using data visualization techniques. You will also be responsible for providing regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and improvement opportunities. Your key competencies in collaboration, decision-making, negotiation skills, and communication will be essential in this role. This is a hybrid position that allows for alternating time between remote work and office. While working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional leadership and demonstrate your passion for both planning and execution. Your proven track record of working with complex initiatives, self-motivation, highly organized nature, and ability to foster positive relationships will be key to your success in this role. Basic qualifications for this position include 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred qualifications include 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD. If you have proven experience as an IT Manager, Data Manager, or relevant role in Business Analytics, strong knowledge of databases, data warehouses, and data processing, proficiency in BI tools and systems, skills in statistics and data analysis, and excellent leadership and team management skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
