10+ years of proven experience in IT Administration and leadership.
Proficiency in cloud applications, Zoho tools, and network management.
Strong leadership, communication, and pro-active

Roles & Responsibility

Maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring network security and optimal performance.
Manage LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
Troubleshoot and resolve software, and network issues.
Administer Office 365 and oversee multiple Active Directories.
Manage Anti-Virus, File, Print, and Backup servers.
Ensure secure storage, system security, and effective cloud application management.
Utilize Zoho applications to streamline IT processes.
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.

Required Qualification: Graduation in any relevant field

Required Experience: 5+ years
