Description
As an IT Infrastructure Admin in Surat, you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the smooth running of computer systems within specified requirements, costs, and timelines. Your main duties will include supervising the implementation and maintenance of the company's computing needs. **Responsibilities:** - Possess IT Infrastructure Management Knowledge covering Networking, Server Management, Microsoft Azure, and End User Computing. - Address all security-related inquiries and collaborate with other teams as needed to achieve desired results. Focus on enhancing security administration quality. - Manage and oversee contracts, SOPs, and IT policies. Take charge of Firewall Management, Intrusion Management, Antivirus, Patch Management, and Security Management. - Design, specify, configure, install, and maintain LAN/WAN hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment. - Collaborate with other staff when necessary to fulfill IT administration and support requirements. - Test and implement software upgrades and new hardware installations. - Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures. - Submit and monitor tickets, tasks, and changes; offer advice, guidance, and direction to solution architects and clients. **Requirements:** - Proven working experience as an IT Admin or relevant role. - Excellent understanding of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. - Proficiency in data center management and data governance. - Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation. - Ability to manage personnel effectively. - Qualifications: BE/BTech (CS/ Electronics/ Electrical) or Diploma or MCA / Masters in IT Field. - Experience in working with ISO security standards is highly desirable. - Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.
