IT Infrastructure Admin

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the computer systems within the specified requirements, costs, and timelines. As an IT Infra Admin, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company's computing needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess IT Infrastructure Management Knowledge including Networking, Server Management, Microsoft Azure, and End User Computing. - Handle all security-related issues and collaborate with other teams to ensure desired outcomes. - Manage contracts, SOPs, IT Policies, Firewall Management, Intrusion Management, Antivirus, Patch Management, and Security Management. - Design, configure, install, and maintain LAN/WAN hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment. - Collaborate with other staff for IT administration and support requirements. - Test and implement software upgrades and new hardware. - Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures. - Submit and track tickets, tasks, changes, and provide guidance to solution architects and customers. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as an IT Admin or relevant role. - Sound knowledge of technical management, information analysis, computer hardware/software systems. - Expertise in data center management and data governance. - Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation. - Ability to manage personnel. - Educational qualification: BE/BTech (CS/ Electronics/ Electrical) or Diploma or MCA / Masters in IT Field. - Preferably experience working with ISO security standards. - Experience in a startup environment is beneficial.
