● Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades

● Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, changes, and
procedures.
● Implement and enforce best practices for network security and data protection.
● Stay
current with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in the financial
services sector.
● Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
● Conduct technical training and mentoring for junior staff members.
● Ensure compliance with information security, IT policies, and conduct audits (System,
Cyber Security).
