Candidate MUST HAVE experience in Service Desk Management,
Asset Management (Hardware or Software),
Deskside Support/Branch Support, Desktop /Laptop - Compliance
Management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, managing EUC or desktop support teams.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, M365, Compliance tools, and enterprise mobility.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms like Intune, SCCM, Manage Engine
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework; ITIL certification is a plus.
3 technical rounds+ 1 HR round of interview All 5 days work from Office and may be alternate Saturdays
