Job Description

As an IT Helpdesk-L1 Support at our company located in Cyber City, Gurugram, your primary responsibilities will include: - Responding to user issues with proficiency in remote desktop troubleshooting, router & LAN troubleshooting. - Handling support tickets, calls, chats, or emails and providing solutions for common hardware and software problems. - Performing basic troubleshooting such as password resets, printer issues, internet connectivity problems, email configuration and access issues, and software installation and configuration at a basic level. - Providing remote support using tools to assist users and guiding them step-by-step to resolve problems. - Managing user accounts in systems like Active Directory and assisting with onboarding/offboarding users. In order to excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline. - 1 to 3 years of experience in technical helpdesk would be preferred. - Proficiency with Command Prompt, Windows 10, general networking commands, and hardware configuration support. - Hands-on experience preferred in Win Server 2019. - Understanding of printer troubleshooting.
