Technical Team Leader


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 1015 help desk executives

  • Monitor daily operations, SLAs, and KPIs

  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members

  • Handle escalations and ensure resolution within defined timelines

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for issue resolution

  • Ensure adherence to process compliance and IT service management standards


Skills Required

  • Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 711), MS Office, Basic Networking

  • Experience in handling service desk or IT support operations

  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate the team

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
