Job Description

HEAD - IT We are seeking a seasoned and strategic IT leader to oversee our IT Infrastructure and Information Security functions. This role is critical in ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing technology landscape across the organization. You will manage daily IT operations , lead key infrastructure initiatives, and own compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure across servers, networks, hardware, and cloud platforms Oversee daily IT operations including helpdesk, hardware/software management, and application uptime Implement and enforce IT and ISMS policies across the organization Lead cybersecurity risk assessments and ensure compliance with data protection laws Manage ISO 27001 audits, internal IT audits, and statutory compliance Monitor software license usage, manage vendor agreements, and lead software audits Evaluate and implement IT/security best practices from the industry Build and lead a high-performing IT team and manage external vendors and partners Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational goals Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related field . 10+ years of progressive experience in IT/IS roles, including leadership and people management. Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms , and enterprise systems. Proven ability to design, implement, and manage ISMS and IT governance frameworks. Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, data protection compliance , and risk mitigation. Strong grasp of software license management , procurement processes, and vendor audits. Excellent communication, problem-solving , and stakeholder management skills. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to deliver tactically and operationally.
