IT Hardware & Networking Executive

As an IT Hardware & Networking Executive at Indexel Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Kota, your role will involve managing and maintaining the IT systems, hardware, and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for tasks such as installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various devices, monitoring IT infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors for support. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. - Troubleshoot hardware and network issues including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi. - Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and assets. - Perform software and OS updates and manage antivirus systems. - Manage user accounts, email configurations, and data backups. - Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases and support. Qualification Required: - Diploma or Degree in Computer Hardware/Networking or related field. - Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts. - Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and basic server operations. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.,
