Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Hardware & Networking Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and assets.
Perform software and OS updates and manage antivirus systems.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and data backups.
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases and support.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Hardware/Networking or related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and basic server operations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
