IT Hardware Field Engineer

Job Description: As an IT Hardware Support Engineer based in Noida with 1-5 years of experience, your role will involve providing support for HP, DELL, or Lenovo servers, installing hardware parts, and offering field support and services to clients. You will need to respond promptly to client issues, diagnose problems, and provide troubleshooting both on-site and remotely. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing hardware maintenance, coordinating with clients, and providing after-sales IT hardware service and support.
