Job Title: Accounts Executive Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. 2. Prepare and review financial statements, invoices, and other documents. 3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, including GST. 4. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, operations, and management. 6. Handle financial transactions, including: - Payments - Receipts - Bank reconciliations - GST TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance 7. Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures. 8. Perform payment follow-up and ensure timely settlement of accounts. 9. Maintain accurate accounting entries, including: - Journal entries - Ledger postings - Reconciliations Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. Proven experience in accounting and financial management. 3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 4.
