IT Field Support Engineer [Ujjain]

We are seeking an IT Field Support Engineer who can handle software setup, CCTV installation, and provide onsite technical support at Government offices in Ujjain / Indore. The role requires hands-on technical skills and effective communication with Government stakeholders.

Full-time | Field Support (Onsite)

Location - Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh

• Install, configure & support software systems
• Install & troubleshoot CCTV cameras & network setup
• Provide onsite IT support for project activities
• Travel to Government offices as assigned and complete installation tasks
• Maintain daily work reports and provide timely updates
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
• Software installation & basic configuration
• CCTV installation and troubleshooting
• IT hardware setup (PCs, mobile devices, networking)
• Good understanding of field support operations
• Strong communication skills – ability to explain and understand requirements clearly
• Comfortable working onsite and traveling locally

• Preferably from Ujjain or Indore
• Should be comfortable working in Government premises
• Immediate or early joiners preferred

• Travel expenses will be provided by the company
