IT Expert ( Hardware and Software )

The IT Expert will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems. This role involves providing technical support, implementing new technologies, and collaborating with various departments to meet their IT needs.

Hardware:

• • Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure the reliability and security of the company s network infrastructure.
  • Manage network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware assets and manage the lifecycle of IT equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of hardware and related services.
  • Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies.

Software:

• • Provide support for enterprise software applications and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain in-house software solutions to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integrate software applications with existing systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage software updates, patches, and version control.
  • Implement and manage database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Develop and enforce data protection policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular data backups.

• bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in programming languages, database management, and software development.
