IT Executive & Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive / Technical Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, providing day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT equipment. Provide first-level and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). Install and update operating systems, applications, and security patches. Manage email configurations (Outlook/Google Workspace/Exchange) and user accounts. Ensure data backup, antivirus protection, and IT security compliance. Support video conferencing, projectors, and other office IT equipment. Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with vendors for IT procurements, warranty, and AMC services. Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades. Provide remote support for employees working from home or field offices. Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux / Mac OS environments. Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace, and cloud services. Good understanding of data security, backup solutions, and antivirus management. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
