Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Executive to join our team. The IT Executive will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Hardware and Software components of the organization’s computer systems, EPABX systems, Bio-Matrix System, CCTV Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Executive or relevant position. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems, networks, printers, biomatrix system, cctv surveillance, epabx systems. Good knowledge of internet security, Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), ERP and data privacy principles. Certification as IT Technician (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant field is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills: Technical expertise in hardware, software, and networking. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
