IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:IT Support: Provide first-level technical support for desktop/laptop systems, printers, scanners, and other office devices. Manage office internet connections, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, biometric systems, and CCTV surveillance setup. Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues across departments. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets and systems. Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for timely repairs and AMC services. Support the setup of systems and email accounts for new joiners. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and admin roles. Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, and system maintenance. Familiarity with routers, switches, CCTV, biometric systems, and MS Office tools. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate clearly and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
