Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Development and Maintenance:
Maintain existing custom Salesforce programs/solutions and develop new ones using Apex / Visualforce / Lightning Web Components (LWC) as applicable
Design and implement simple to complex Salesforce Flow automations to streamline business processes.
Administration Tasks:
Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and data management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies.

Requirements

Proficiency in Apex programming and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
Good / Strong understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Flow automations.
Good knowledge of Salesforce administration, including security, data management, and configuration.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
