1. Extensive experience delivering within an Agile framework, with the ability to champion Agile practices and coach teams to embed these ways of working, empowering and motivating them to meet their objectives.
2. Proven experience delivering network engineering or IP connectivity projects is essential
3. Solid understanding of tools, especially Jira and Confluence for various Agile rituals and planning
4. A pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with a track record of facilitating successful project and agile deliveries.
5. Good communicator and listener, who can translate messages, simplify and summarise problems in a straightforward and succinct manner.
6. Vision, drive, and diplomacy, with the ability to influence and achieve outcomes across multiple stakeholders without direct authority
7. Skilled facilitator capable of resolving conflict, fostering collaboration, and building strong relationships across diverse teams and functions.
8. Open and transparent in everything that you do. You will always be supported by the delivery or programme managers within the team so knowing when to ask for help is a key attribute we look for in our team.
9. Strong facilitation skills for backlog refinement and planning sessions.
10. Skilled at using and interpreting burndown charts, velocity tracking, and other delivery metrics to provide clear progress updates to stakeholders.
11. Skilled at negotiating priorities across engineering, operations, and programme management teams without direct authority.
12. Thrives in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and complex dependencies.
