• Worked in windows and Linux Server, VM ware, Cloud Azure
• We are hiring Infra Engineers (L1.5) responsible for managing incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA adherence, and supporting both data center and cloud (AWS/Azure) environments.
• The role acts as a bridge between L1 and L2 support to maintain operational continuity and reduce escalations.
• Monitor dashboards, alerts, and mailboxes; manage incidents and service requests. Perform system health checks, manage backups, and disk utilization.
• Improve knowledge base (KB) usage and contribute to SOP/process enhancements.
• Support AWS/Azure Cloud (IaaS), Windows Server Administration, Networking, Storage, and AD management.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate across teams.

Work on ITSM ticketing tools and ensure strong documentation.
