Job Description

Network Operations Responsibilities

Monitor network systems, servers, and telecommunications infrastructure continuously (24/7) to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Detect, diagnose, and resolve network incidents and service interruptions promptly to minimize impact.
Escalate complex or critical issues to Tier II/III support teams or appropriate departments for advanced troubleshooting.
Accurately document all incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system for tracking and knowledge sharing.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including system updates, patch management, and health checks to maintain system integrity.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate timely issue resolution and service continuity.
Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and actively participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
