Role: IT Domestic Staffing Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad. (WFO) We are looking for individuals with experience in IT Domestic staffing, sourcing, and contract staffing. The role involves end to end recruitment life cycle, client handling, and immediate joiner requirements. Experience 5+ Years Responsibilities: End to end recruitment life cycle (Sourcing, Screening, scheduling)Familiar with social networks (LinkedIn, naukri, etc) - Must have End to End recruitment experience. - Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & LinkedIn). - Understanding of all requirements as per the job description. - Candidate must be an Individual contributor. - Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H). - Good understanding of all of IT skills. - Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
