IT Disaster Recovery Analyst

As an experienced IT Disaster Recovery Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the resilience and continuity of critical services and applications within the company. You will be part of the IT DR Coordination team, responsible for implementing and improving disaster recovery strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with technical teams to ensure disaster recovery plans are in place, tested regularly, and aligned with internal standards and compliance requirements. - Coordinate recovery efforts, document outcomes, and support risk mitigation initiatives to enhance the stability of the IT environment. - Ensure that disaster recovery solutions are adequate, maintained, and tested as part of the regular operational life cycle. - Document, schedule, and test application DR plans. - Coordinate application tasks for Datacentre DR testing and ensure timely completion. - Document test results and update relevant tools. - Identify post-test actions, review them, and track them until closure. - Provide feedback for risk management, mitigation, and prevention. - Act as a liaison for auditing and examination of disaster recovery processes. - Ensure compliance with LSEG Group standards for IT Service Continuity Management. - Be flexible to work in shifts and weekends. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of relevant experience in ITDR, IT Operations, or Application Management. - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a STEM degree. - Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and their interdependencies.
