Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Service Operations. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for desktop environments. - Understanding of IT service management frameworks. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
