Job Title: IT Customer Care Executive Trainer

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to deliver training for the IT Customer Care Executive course. The trainer will be responsible for teaching both theory and practical modules, guiding students in developing IT skills, communication abilities, and customer service techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and lab sessions on IT basics, computer applications, and customer care processes.
• Train students on handling customer queries (voice/non-voice).
• Deliver training on MS Office, internet usage, email handling, and CRM tools.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Mentor students in communication, soft skills, and problem-solving.
• Maintain attendance, progress reports, and evaluation records.
• Ensure students are industry-ready for apprenticeships and jobs.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Any discipline with good IT knowledge.
• Experience: Prior teaching/training experience or industry experience in IT/BPO/Customer Care preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
