IT Corporate Legal Consultant

As an IT Corporate Legal Consultant at Ssquad Global located in Bangalore, ITPL, Whitefield, your responsibility will be to provide legal advice on corporate matters under English law. You will ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards across the company, draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents, advise on risk management and regulatory compliance, as well as monitor updates in laws and ISO regulations to implement necessary changes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice on corporate matters under English law. - Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards across the company. - Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents. - Advise on risk management and regulatory compliance. - Monitor updates in laws and ISO regulations and implement necessary changes. Qualification Required: - LLB or equivalent law degree (LLM or higher qualification preferred). - Relevant certifications in ISO compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) would be a plus. - Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management. - Experience in working with international clients or legal frameworks. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
