Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Relevant experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM Modules such as Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, ITOM, SOM, HRSD, etc. - Proficiency in using ServiceNow Automated test framework (ATF) automation tool and writing test cases efficiently - Involvement in Test Execution, Results Analysis, and Defect Reporting - Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC process, CMDB service mapping, Discovery, Dashboards, reports, and SLA testing - ITSM Foundation and ATF Micro certification is an added advantage - Proficient in upgrade and regression testing - Ability to contribute to a high-performing work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills - Basic knowledge of Postman is an added advantage Qualification Required: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for clients to drive growth and increase business profitability - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems, latest technologies, and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Understanding of financial processes, pricing models, and technology solutions - Industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, project and team management capabilities Additional Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
