IT Consultant (Fresher)

As an IT Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in contacting incoming leads, understanding their requirements, and offering customized IT solutions. Your role will be predominantly consultation-focused (80%) with a sales focus (20%), involving tasks such as client communication, requirement analysis, solution presentation, and basic negotiation to secure deals. Your responsibilities will include: - Contacting and following up with leads generated by the Digital Marketing team - Understanding client business needs, technical requirements, and pain points - Offering relevant web, mobile, or digital solutions based on the client's requirements - Coordinating with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of solutions - Presenting proposals and conducting demos if necessary - Handling basic pricing discussions and assisting in closing deals - Maintaining CRM records and regular follow-ups for conversions It is essential for you to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to grasp IT products and services, proficiency in requirement gathering and basic solution mapping, a quick grasp of technical concepts, basic negotiation and sales skills, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. To be eligible for this position, you should have educational qualifications such as BCA, BSc Computer Science, or BTech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Candidates with IT-related internships or training programs will be preferred. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule, and the work location will be in person.
